Johns Creek Medical Building was a $3 million, 50,000 sf Class "A" medical facility, that was pre-leased to Northside Hospital to house private practice physicians working under Northside Hospital's arm. Raven Construction built the 3-story brick shell as well as many of the physician's spaces.
