Security First was a $3.2 million,
75,000 sf Class "A" office tenant finish, that included a 10,000 sf data center.
This project has high level finishes in public areas using unique materials. These finishes
were built around a nerve center that, once on-line, had no tolerance for down time. This
was a complex project delivered on a very tight time schedule. We have completed 5 projects
for Security First over a 5-year period totaling just under $7 million.
