Atlanta Housing Authority was a $4.2
million project, that included the complete gutting and rework of the 7-story, 70,000 sf
headquarters' facility. After award of contract, the City of Atlanta designated the facility
a "high-rise" requiring significant structural, mechanical, electrical and life
safety changes which Raven Construction managed within the original
project schedule. Furthermore, we incorporated 7 floors of partition furniture (N.I.C.)
within our construction schedule saving AHA over 8 weeks on their occupancy date. Each floor
delivered 2 weeks apart, requiring Raven Construction to work
on all floors simultaneously.
